Marvin Dale Dahlin

Marvin Dale Dahlin, 90, of Yankton, SD passed away on Saturday, December 9, 2023, at Avera Majestic Bluffs Hospice House in Yankton, following a brief illness. Funeral Services will be held at Hansen Funeral Home- Irene on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, beginning at 10:30AM. Visitation will be held one hour prior.

Marvin was born November 22, 1933, in Dalesburg, SD to Delma and Joseph Dahlin. During his work years, he owned and operated Dahlin drywall and traveled the western United States. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing and hunting.

He is survived by his son, Chad (Tatiana) Brown, of Surprise, AZ; his grandson, Zachary; Nieces Linda (Jack) Earl, and Sherry (Dan) Patzwald, and his nephew, Rick (Pam) Chaussee. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Delma and his sister, Maxine Chaussee.
