Janet was born April 16, 1964 in Sioux City, IA to Fred and Nadine (Wallace) Palensky.
She is survived by her children Courtney (Ryan Hermanson) Palensky, Bailey Ruhaak and Riley Ruhaak. Her siblings: Frederick (Barbara) Palensky of Grant, MN, James (Teresa) Palensky of Ames, IA, Cynthia (Eric) Beardsley of Bethlehem, CT and Susan Stahle of Sioux City, IA and several nieces and nephews.
